Attracted by a more urban, downtown lifestyle, our clients traded their suburban home for a Midtown Phoenix brownstone. Utilizing a mix of design styles, this transitional home has our clients excited to experience downtown living
AFT Construction was able to transform this empty shell into a fabulous home featuring plenty of unique features that our clients will enjoy for many years as they embark on their new downtown life.
One of the benefits with living in The Valley is the amount of sunshine and great weather we get each year, which means outdoor living is a must. AFT Construction added an approximately 500 square foot outdoor covered patio complete with outdoor kitchen
By opening the space and adding highly functional new features, AFT was able provide our clients with the home they envisioned when they purchased the property.
The kitchen was completely redone with all new cabinetry, island, bar area, pantry, and seating area. The combination of white cabinetry, marble backsplash, brass fixtures, and light wood flooring gives the space a light, airy, and modern feel.
The original master bathroom was full of mirrors, had an awkward layout, and was completely dated. AFT Construction completely gutted the master bathroom to start fresh with a brand new and more efficient layout. AFT Construction installed white cabinetry,
The copper tin ceiling in the dining room provides along with the found, rustic, arched double doors at the office provide stunning detail and reflects our client’s appreciation for the Old West.
By combining elements such as the high gloss white cabinetry with unfinished steel accents, AFT was able to deliver the industrial modern look the owners set out to achieve. To further achieve this look, the owners opted for cabinets consisting of all doors and no drawers. Instead, the cabinets were built with pull-out drawers located behind the cabinet doors.
